Roles & Responsibilities:
· Manage and source for new business opportunities/accounts.
· Address business inquiries from customers/clients and team members in a timely & professional manner.
· Build and manage sales pipeline
· Build relationship and identify sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
· To prepare exciting and detailed proposals after understanding customers’ requirements and deliver convincing presentations
· Participate in tender submissions as and when.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to follow up with tenders.
· Perform account servicing and business development.
· Support the Business Development department in various matters.
· Leverage industry knowledge, applications, and product knowledge in order to find and close opportunities.
· To ensure information are properly handed over to the Project Team once the project has been awarded to the Company
· Any other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in IT/ Business or related fields.
• Familiarity with current technologies/tools/platforms used in Web and App Development.
• With software solution sales experience preferred.
• Experience in handling government agencies’ accounts will have added advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based solutions.
• Great interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong client management & account servicing experience.
• Self-driven and independent, but ability to work in cross- team effort.
