General Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies, procurement of stationery, and office equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintain office filing and document management systems, both electronic and physical.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events.
Administrative Support:
- Provide clerical and secretarial support to managers and staff.
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and documents.
- Assist in drafting correspondence, minutes, and meeting agendas.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
HR Support:
- Assist in HR administrative functions such as maintaining employee records, processing leave, and tracking attendance.
- Support onboarding and exit procedures of employees.
Compliance & Coordination:
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support cross-functional activities.
- Liaise with external vendors, clients, and service providers.

Project Support:
- Provide administrative support to specific departmental or organizational projects.
