Digitalization Coordinator

Job Highlights

  • Contract Duration: 12 Months.
  • Nearest MRT Station: City Hall MRT.
  • 5 working days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the digitization program, including the planning and execution of digitization projects.
  • Extract and compile file listings to facilitate the digitization process.
  • Prepare templates required for records appraisal.
  • Conduct quality checks on the digitized files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage and supervise the tasks assigned to the digitization team.
  • Track and review project deliverables to ensure alignment with the established plan.
  • Collaborate with relevant divisions on knowledge management registry matters.
  • Provide regular progress reports on work activities.
  • Work on any projects related to the knowledge management registry.

Requirements

  • Singaporean only.
  • Knowledge or experience in admin/digitalization would be advantageous.
  • Minimum Diploma holders.
