Responsibilities
- Oversee the digitization program, including the planning and execution of digitization projects.
- Extract and compile file listings to facilitate the digitization process.
- Prepare templates required for records appraisal.
- Conduct quality checks on the digitized files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and supervise the tasks assigned to the digitization team.
- Track and review project deliverables to ensure alignment with the established plan.
- Collaborate with relevant divisions on knowledge management registry matters.
- Provide regular progress reports on work activities.
- Work on any projects related to the knowledge management registry.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Knowledge or experience in admin/digitalization would be advantageous.
- Minimum Diploma holders.
