The Job Responsibilities include:
- Contribute to developing and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
- Perform client acquisition activities in local and regional markets covering institutional and retail accounts
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and service vendors etc.
- Identify product-specific or functionality specific partnerships and collaboration opportunities
- Advise clients on trade-related matters and provide rapid solutions
- Execute customer trades with high accuracy
- Works with other business units and functions (e.g. Technology, Operations, Risk Management etc.) to implement and influence cross-functional teams in executing business strategies and tactics including campaigns, targeted communications, new product launch, etc.
- Explore business opportunities to grow the product offering and source of revenue
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
- Strong knowledge in cryptocurrency industry and related technology, especially on cryptocurrency products, wallets, exchanges, derivatives.
- Good network of cryptocurrency market participants, e.g. crypto fund, crypto liquidity providers, crypto proprietary firms, etc.
- At least 10 years of relevant marketing and sales experience in a derivatives brokerage house
- Easy-going personality and positive team player
- Strong knowledge of financial markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative
- Prior working experience in Cryptocurrency Exchanges will be preferred
- Proficiency in Mandarin advantageous to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparties
