Job Description:
· Provide consistent professional spa massage in accordance with spa standards
· Ensure high level of service standards
· Responsible for maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa
· Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products
· Replenishment of stock, towel supplies etc.
· Handle customer care queries and concerns efficiently and politely
· Follow and comply with the instructions given by spa manager
