Immigration agency seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant / Executive who is comfortable to handle walk-in enquiries as well as daily paperwork and form filling.


Requirements:
1. Minimum 'O' Levels/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma
2. Candidates must have at least 2 year sales or admin experience
3. Ability to multitask and thrive in a collaborative environment as well as working independently.
4. Quick thinking and resourceful enough to handle daily tasks.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage time and resources effectively.

7. Ability to speak Tamil/Hindi is advantageous to communicate with Indian clients (although not a must)

8. Able to handle walk-in enquiries with immigration-related matters (training will be provided)

9. Working hours will be Wednesdays to Saturdays from 11am to 7pm. Working hours can be discussed as we are flexible.
