Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Presales / Office Administrator to join our Singapore office. This dual-role position combines presales support with office administration duties, making it ideal for a professional who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills. The successful candidate will assist with presales activities, help with business development efforts, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.


Presales Support:

  • Assist AUS/SG sales team in preparing and delivering proposals, presentations, and tender responses.
  • Work closely with technical teams to gather and organize relevant product and solution information for presales activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and webinars.
  • Provide support in the preparation of Statements of Work (SOW), contracts, and other sales documents.
  • Research and understand client needs to tailor solutions and proposals accordingly.
  • Maintain the CRM system with up-to-date client information, sales leads, and presales activities.
  • Track and follow up on sales leads and opportunities.

Office Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including responding/action to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office upkeep.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing company events, and handling travel arrangements for the Singapore team.
  • Support onboarding for new hires, including workspace setup, office orientation, and document processing.
  • Maintain and update office documentation, records, and files.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a presales, sales support, or office administration role.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
