Job Responsibilities :
- Lead a team to deliver project on schedule and within budget
- Do overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets
- Manage risks, issues, budgets and scope throughout the project life-cycle
- Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters
- Ensure all works carried out meet with Clients/Company’s quality standards and requirements
- To meet Government / Statutory / Government Agency’s regulations/requirements at all times
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Civil Engineering accepted by Singapore PE Board/BCA
- Minimum 8 years experiences as a Project Manager, exposures with major projects in Civil Engineering /Building Construction Industry
- Knowledge of best practices in Construction Project Management
- Excellent in Leadership, Analytical, Planning, Organisational, Communication, Presentation skills
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external clients/internal team members
