- To supervise assembly works at site (overseas/local) & ensure tasks are carried out successfully and timely; with the necessary quality and standards.
- Responsible for liaison with fabrication personnel at site [and client/class].
- Responsible for planning, execution, coordinating progress and monitoring of fabrication /assembly works both local and overseas projects ensuring quality & safety at site.
- Handle Customer Feedback/Complaints at site.
- To co-ordinate the implementation and maintenance of the project safety, health and environmental (HSE) management programs.
- To ensure employees and staff are thoroughly aware of and trained in their safety and health responsibilities
- To promote the Company safety and health culture at all levels of operation, and to enforce the HSE requirements throughout the site as required by the current legislations.
- Min Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in Construction works / Supervision / Marine and Offshore
- Basic Offshore Safety Induction And Emergency Training (BOSIET)
- Willing to travel for overseas / offshore assignments on short notice
- Independent and hardworking – Preferably Singaporean or hold relevant residence status
