· Maintain full sets of accounts 8 small Companies
· To ensure the efficient and effective running of the GL, AR, AP, PPE and cash accounting functions of the Company.
· To ensure timely month-end and year-end closing and reporting of the Company accounts in accordance with GAAP and the Stamford Tyres Group accounting policy.
· To ensure timely month-end and year-end MSOR reporting per Management's requirement (both at HQ and locally).
· To manage the audit, tax, corporate and legal processes of the Group in order to maintain and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly GST, Customs, FBT and labour laws.
· To be responsible for the payroll and human resource functions of the Company – including salary disbursements, staff benefits administration, health insurance coverage, work permit applications, etc.
· To prepare annual budget and cash flow forecasts for management reporting purposes.
· To be responsible for the internal controls over the assets of the Company – particularly inventory, accounts receivables and cash per Group Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
· To review and manage the adequacy of insurance coverage process together with the Head of Operations to ensure the Company's assets, liabilities and contingencies are adequately covered at all times.
Ad-hoc duties assigned (eg transfer pricing policy drafting, accounting manual drafting, etc).
