The purpose of this role is to be a thought passionate Leader in translating business goals to HR strategy to continue to evolve the Employee experience through people first focus. This role is instrumental in helping to define and implement our HR Commercial strategy to ensure we continue to build strong, highly engaged teams for the continued growth within the region. The Senior HR Manager, SEA - SWM will also be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across different levels and ensuring a strong partnership with the local HR teams within the region.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Build on our People strategy leading the HR Agenda across multiple Maisons in a growing and highly competitive region (SEAO)
- Be the primary point of contact for Business Leaders and take the lead on a range of HR topics e.g. Employee Relations, Talent Management, Rewards, Learning & Development, Leadership capabilities
- Ensure each of our Markets / Functions are empowered with localised solutions and agile HR advisory, building a culture of care, collaboration and high-touch engagement
- Partner with Richemont CoEs, peers, regional stakeholders and global Maisons contacts to ensure excellence in Employee Experience and craft the Future of Work (ways of working, employer branding, organisation dynamics, etc.)
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- You are a highly adaptable, self-motivated individual with 10+ years’ experience in managing the HR Agenda, ideally in a fast-paced matrixed environment with regional / global exposure
- Ability to navigate complexities and influence and persuade stakeholders at multiple levels of the organisation
- Be an Ambassador for the Maisons, building relationships and ensuring People Experience is aligned to Maisons values (teamwork, savoir-faire, sustainability, etc.)
- Proactive and hands-on approach when dealing with various situations (for example ER cases, leadership recruitment, onboarding)
- Open-minded, reliable communicator, trusted leadership advisor and team player
- Appreciation for commercial decision-making in a Retail environment with exposure to a range of working cultures and markets a plus
- Very collaborative, independent and patient with a passion for people development and building a culture of care alongside performance
