Job Objective:
Plan and execute to ensure the Company always has sufficient manpower, Staff possesses the relevant skillsets required across all departments, and that the daily HR operation is run smoothly to meet User’s and Company’s expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment
- Planning with the respective HODs to ensure there is sufficient manpower to meet current and future needs
- From sourcing to onboarding of selected candidates
B. Training & Development
- Planning with the respective HODs to ensure that Staff possess sufficient and relevant skillsets required to meet current & future needs
- Develop training programs and ensure staff attends the required training
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure training and development are carried out effectively and efficiently across the Company
- Liaise with the Company’s business partners (Poly, Crestron, etc) to ensure that we have the required certifications of skillsets and achieve Partner status
- Submission of Government Training Grants and Subsidies as and when required
C. HR Operation
- Maintain and improve the HRM system
- Supervise the HR executive for daily HR operation (statutory submission, employment pass, etc)
- Prepare & present monthly HR report
- Create a positive and cohesive working environment
- Recommend HR process improvements
Education Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma in Business/Human Resource or relevant
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in the full spectrum of Human Resources duties
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with recruitment
- Experience working in a company with staff strength between 20 to 80 pax
- Experience in construction, system integrator for any industry (Oil & Gas, IT, M&E, etc) would be an added advantage
