Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive communication strategy tailored to the department's needs.
- Set up and configure communication tools and applications.
- Design and implement communication templates and formats for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and consistency in communication.
- Publish communications across various platforms, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
- Provide training and support to staff on new communication tools and practices.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of the strategy and its implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (M365 preferred) and intranet systems.
- Strong design skills for creating communication templates and formats.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret communication metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing needs and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
