Job Description
• Prepare and serve a Kopi and Teh beverages, including Kopi O, Kopi C, Teh O, Teh C, and other specialty drinks and kaya toasts.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines, equipment and premises.
* Cashiering duties; collection of money from customers, accurately keying items into POS system, basic accounting for daily sales
• Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our coffee and menu offerings.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination in the preparation and service of Nanyang breakfast items.
Ensure ingredients and finished products are fresh.
Follow recipes accurately, including measuring, and mixing ingredients.
Maintain a clean and safe work area by properly handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
Job Requirement:
Applicants who posses Food Safety and Hygiene certificate
With 2-3 years experience
Willing to work shift work, weekends and PH
