Our client specializes in providing one-stop Full turn-key Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) solutions, with manufacturing facilities in Singapore.
We are inviting qualified and suitable applicant to join the company as HR Executive and to grow together with the company.
Role:
- Work closely with overseas business units in delivering HR operational services.
- Engage actively with various stakeholders, such as business leaders, line managers and employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Support for HR full spectrum function and administration, including provide information, advice and resolve employees’ queries/ HR issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in employee welfare programs planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Degree in HRM or other relevant qualification
- At least 3 years working experience in related field.
- Experience with manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin to interact with overseas stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Independent and meticulous team player with the ability to multi-task.
