Job Responsibilities:
- To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
- Manage and liaise with M&E subcontractor on M&E work progress on schedule.
- To monitor and supervise work progression, quality control and ensure that safety regulation is observed and attend all project meetings and progress meetings relating to meeting master program schedule
- Work closely with the Project Manager and/or Engineer to prepare Work Method Statement, Risk Assessment and related documentation for the client when requested
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
- Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
- Any other duties assigned
Requirement
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience for Main Contractor in project management and/ or site coordination works for building or civil projects
- Strong in communication skill and speak good English
