Job Description
- Renewals for Work Permits – Prepare documents, arrange medicals, and raise PA in MOM for the Marine Sector
- Quota Application – Prepare an Application to raise the Quota under Seatrium
- New Work Permit Applications – Prepare necessary documents to apply for new work permits Seatrium TBY
- Handling Dormitory - Check-in & out, inter-transfer, renewing, and closing of units
- Arrange RFID & EPIC Cards for workers to access the yard
- Creating ISRP Profiles and assigning workers in the ISRP system, including arranging HSE induction
- Submit Medical Claims in the GHS portal
- Handling Work Injury Cases (Submit claims, liaise with insurers & MOM)
- Arranging Safety Courses (SSIC, SSSC, hot work, painting)
- Arrange Flights with a Travel Agent for home leave or resignation
- Submit Monthly Reports to Seatrium HR (Attendance, monthly declaration)
- Liaise with MOM for surveys
- Prepare Documents (e.g., warning letters, indemnity letters)
Requirements
- Experience in Renewals and New Recruitment in the Marine sector, specifically handling both Resident Contractors and Common Contractors.
- Diploma / Degree in any relevant fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
