Job Description :
- Assist in the smooth operation of all manufacturing activities.
- QC check on all products before leaving the factory premise.
- Perform maintenance of all tools, equipment, machines and facilities.
- Maintain a healthy spare parts inventory.
- Minimize production material wastage.
- To ensure that safe working methods and procedures are followed by all operators.
- Monitor and ensure Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Take care of HACCP/GMP Program , active role in the safety committee and AIB Team. Train all staff under their supervision on various SOPs and WI s drafted for the production line and activities.
Requirements :
- Minimum of Diploma in Mechanical engineering/technology or its equivalent.
- At least 5-8 years of related working experience, preferably from a food processing industry with approximately 2 years at a supervisory level.
- Working experience in a multicultural workforce environment with adequate skills in understanding and managing the cultural diversity is essential.
