We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us. In this role, you are responsible for managing daily office operations, including handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining office supplies, and supporting staff with various needs. This role ensures the smooth functioning of the office by overseeing communications and organizing files. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk, including answering and re-directing phone calls, taking down messages and attending to incoming visitors
- Maintain a clean and organized office at all times
- Provide administrative support and handle internal/external general communications
- Arrange meetings, including meeting room set up and preparation of refreshments
- Purchase and replenish stationery, office and pantry supplies when necessary
- Assist in organising company events/activities, booking of restaurants and registering of conferences
- Handle travel arrangements
- Support ISO documentation when required
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- On the job training will be provided
- Must possess right working attitude, willing to learn and proactive
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skill with ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficient in technology and tools preferred
