- Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm; Saturday 8.30 am to 3.00 pm (WFH)
- Pandan Loop, West Region
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering guidance and resolving HR-related issues.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Performance Management:
- Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives and conducting evaluations.
- Offer feedback and coaching to employees and managers to address and resolve performance issues.
Training and Development:
- Identify training requirements and help organize relevant training programs and workshops.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal details, employment history, and training documentation.
HR Administration:
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as employment contracts, policy updates, and employee handbooks.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration tasks.
Data and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
