Responsible for rendering excellent services and care to our patients and next of kin, upholding our company’s vision as the most trusted healthcare provider in the region.
Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Ensure accurate documentation for patients admission
- Follow closely on bill size to ensure existing insurance coverage is sufficient
- Engage with respective departments and doctors to provide relevant information and documents
- Liaise with patients / payers for outstanding bills
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum N / O level / NITEC / Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
