Cyber Security Project Manager – 1-year contract
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead a team in developing and implementing cybersecurity systems. This role involves project scheduling, tracking, risk management, and quality assurance throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of over 20 on medium to large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, schedules, and resource needs.
- Plan and manage project work streams based on scope and deliverables.
- Ensure smooth transitions to operations with delivery teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities across technology and business teams.
- Manage vendor relationships for project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure success through clear planning, timely deliverables, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- Normal office hours with remote work options; travel expenses reimbursed if needed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in cybersecurity projects, particularly in system engineering and security assessments within manufacturing.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST 2.0).
- Strong customer service orientation and analytical skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Understanding of system architecture and user operation environments.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Info-Communication preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications required; CISSP or CISM are a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, System Integration, and Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
