- In charge of development of plans, construction documents, and consultation with relevant authorities.
- Facilitate construction of 3D model and prepare drawings using BIM and CAD software.
- Prepare and develop layouts, elevations, cross sections in construction drawings.
- Assist and support architectural teams in research and develop design, product solutions and ensure that BIM Standards are comprehended and followed.
- Coordinate construction sequencing and scheduling activities, and ensuring integration with construction BIM models
- Responsible for the management of BIM Execution Plan, BIM strategies, processes and standards for the discipline/area of design works.
- Clear understanding of building regulations and codes, design development and detailing.
- Ensure compliance of all architectural guidelines and standards.
- Engage in project & site meetings with clients/consultants/contractors to coordinate project details.
- Communicate with relevant authorities/officials/clients/consultants/contractors during project permitting and construction phase of each project.
- Assess project needs, resolve issues and deliver in a timely manner.
- Oversee, coordinate and manage all BIM related aspects of projects, from tender to construction stage.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
- Knowledge of BIM software including AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe etc.
- Knowledge in building codes and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Have prior experience in commercial, shophouses, dormitory projects.
- Have good knowledge in BIM.
