What are we looking for?
Our Advanced Process Manufacturing, Singapore is seeking a Sustaining Systems Third Party Tracker Coordinator system matter expert for our site-based project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all Third-Party requests and the scheduling of same. This position will require solid semiconductor industry knowledge and lead the successful realization of envisaged project goals.
Job Scope:
Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
- Lead the Third-Party Coordination Team on the Singapore site.
- Voice of the customer: Act as the single point of contact for all Client and Software Services Group(SSG) communications related to Third-Party Tracker application.
- Lead daily Third-Party coordination/alignment meeting.
- Minimize Third-Party resource down time.
- Identify and report out any enhancements to Client System business processes.
- Provide core training to project personnel.
- Deliver daily Third-Party Tracker workshops.
- Onboarding all new site personal to the Client System Third Party Tracker (TPT) program.
- Lead the on-site implementation of any new Third-Party module enhancements.
- Attend SSG/SME Virtual Factory Client System weekly meetings.
- Compile weekly Client System report-outs to Client’s management and Arcadis DPS management.
- Project liaison between Tool Owner’s, System Owner’s, Customer and Third-Party teams.
- Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring maximum efficiency is achieved.
- Updating of scheduled activities with the appropriate status before end of business no later than 8am next business day.
- Any tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- A Primary business or engineering degree.
- A Project Management and/or IT qualification, while not essential, is advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the semi-conductor industry with Tool Install experience being a distinct advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with, or supporting, main client projects.
Skills:
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail and demonstratable problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently & as part of a team, strong work ethic, flexible self-starter.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize key activities & manage multiple scheduling deadlines.
- Comfortable managing senior client relationships Key Account Management(KAM)
