Key Responsibilities:
- Frontline Representative: Act as the primary point of contact for schools and users, ensuring effective execution of facilities management services.
- Maintenance Coordination: Plan, supervise, and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
- Site Supervision: Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring work meets required standards. Assist with site measurements and documentation.
- Data Management: Accurately capture and upload field data to the centralized facilities management system.
- Training & Development: Participate in induction training for new staff and ongoing training programs for existing staff.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with school administrators and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
- Experience in educational or public sector facilities management.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s building and safety regulations.
- Willingness to conduct frequent site visits across various school locations in Singapore.

Working Hours:
- School operating hours: 0700 – 1900 Hours
