Job Description:

As a Training & Performance Support Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Learning/Training Lead by designing, developing, and deploying training and performance support materials. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Learning Content Development, collaborating closely with your team and other departments to ensure effective training solutions. Your responsibility includes leading your team, making key decisions, and providing innovative solutions to training challenges across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy innovative training materials and performance support resources.
  • Collaborate with the Learning/Training Lead to identify training needs and create tailored content.
  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop strategies for training evaluation.
  • Measure training effectiveness through evaluations and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning content development.
  • Lead and manage a team of training developers, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Provide expert solutions to complex training and performance support challenges.
  • Engage with multiple teams to drive key decisions and enhance training initiatives.

Key Requirements:

SAP HR Training Expertise: Must have hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, including the actual delivery of training, creation of reference guides, simulations, Enable Now simulations, and evaluations.

Consultant Level Expertise: Capable of conducting thorough training assessments and developing comprehensive training strategies.

Master Proficiency in Learning Content Development: Demonstrated mastery in creating engaging, high-quality training content.

Advanced Proficiency in:

  • Training Evaluation Strategy
  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Training Visual Design
  • Experience with Change Management Activities:
  • Developing change strategy plans
  • Creating and executing communication plans
  • Engaging with users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems

Training Delivery:

  • Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
  • Training and Performance Support
  • Training of Trainers (TOT) – preparing and mentoring trainers
