Our Client is one of the top Japanese Trading companies that develops IT solutions globally. They are currently looking for an IT Analyst, to join their Singapore team. Ability to converse in Japanese is preferred to effectively communicate with their Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
The Responsibilities:
- Leverage IT expertise to design and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Drive work style innovation initiatives, promoting efficiency and collaboration.
- Utilize data analysis skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
- Ensure all digital projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
- Support Financial documentation creation on investment and M&A activities
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst or a related field
- Proficiency in Japanese language at business level to communicate effectively with the head offices in Japan
- Strong knowledge in Digital Transformation and Work Style Innovation
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in Business Development, Investment and M&A activities is a plus
