Contract: 3 months (extendable)
Location: Caldecott
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and scheduling of interviews with candidates and panel members
- Communicating with candidates to provide necessary details and logistics for their interviews
- Shortlisting of candidates
- Providing logistics and administrative support for interview-related activities, such as room booking and updating of interview calendar invites.
- Administrating written tests and reference checks
- General office administration such as maintaining of databases (E.g. Internal job advertisement)
- Involved in on-going initiatives and projects, events, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in interview coordination or administrative support is a plus
