Job Responsibilities
1. Assists the Security Manager / Assistant Security Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Security department.
2. Plans and deploys security officers to ensure smooth daily security operations.
3. Leads and conducts training for the team of Security Officers.
4. Manages the FCC and operates various security systems in the FCC.
5. Operate the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system.
6. Accountable for preventive and corrective maintenance of security equipment.
7. Enforces all house rules set by the Management and ensures all breaches of laws are reported to the relevant authorities promptly.
8. Attends to guests’ feedback in a timely and professional manner.
9. Renders assistance in emergencies and investigations such as fires, fights, First Aid.
10. Implement the prescribed emergency plan in case of emergency
11. Conducts initial investigations at incident scenes and submit incident report.
12. Manages and resolves verbal or physical conflicts.
13. Performs Witness and Bank Escort duties in the absence of the Security Officer.
14. Clocking patrol in hotel premise to monitor and prevent intrusion, damage, hazards and breaches of security.
15. Handles other security duties as and when assigned by Assistant Manager / Security Manager.
Requirements
1. Secondary 4 and above or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in security operation.
3. Possesses Security Supervisor license.
4. Proficient in computer literacy skills/applications.
5. Good communication & interpersonal skills.
6. Possesses excellent problem solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
