Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource, administrative and building facility functions of the organisation.
- Design, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organisation's objectives and legal requirements.
- Ensure that all HR policies are effectively communicated to employees and consistently enforced.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, including dispute resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment and foster employee engagement.
- Participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and successful recruitment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Identify opportunities for career growth and succession planning within the organisation.
- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant laws.
- Conduct periodic compensation and benefits surveys to ensure the organization remains competitive in the job market.
- Assist in the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting performance appraisals, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Generate HR reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain employee records.
- Stay updated on labor laws and employment regulations to ensure the organisation's HR practices are compliant.
- Assist in investigations and audits related to HR matters.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a Senior HR position.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Interest in video gaming is a plus.
