What are we looking for?
Our Advanced Process Manufacturing, Singapore is seeking a Move-In/Move-Out (MIMO) Scheduler with a solid background and understanding of Project Management and Construction Logistics to join our growing team. In this role, the successful candidate will support the schedule and help drive success for MIMO activities for the project.
Job Scope:
Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
- Process access requests through the All in One (AIO) management System of MIMO activities
- Manage access to the AIO MIMO management system modules.
- Update control panels of the AIO system.
- Update the AIO system for event routing for MIMO events.
- Quantitative analysis of MIMO events through the AIO data.
- Identify continuous improvements in AIO and process opportunities.
- Lead Schedule Level Alignment Meetings (SLAM) – to facilitate levelling/freezing the schedule.
- Identify risks to schedule, and drive mitigation processes.
- Manage reporting to all stakeholders.
- Participate in all MIMO coordination meetings.
- Advocate adherence to MIMO schedule.
- Advocate compliance to timelines and raise the risk of impact on production (ITP)
- Responsible for compliance with ITP guidelines and awareness
- Prepare and improve processes together with the Project Coordinator/Manager for specific tools and/or activities.
- Any tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- >3 years of industry experience in Construction/Logistics.
- Proven experience in driving teams in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Proven experience and ability to interface with a multi-user customer base.
- Knowledge of various devices for tool movement, including skids, air bearings, friction-reducing materials, and powered equipment an advantage.
