Job Description
- · Review and interpret M&E(ACMV/Electrical) tender documents and drawing.
- · Take off, prepare bills of quantities and cost estimation for M&E services.
- · Workout preliminary M&E design for design and build tenders.
- · Prepare technical data and proposal for tender submission.
- · Responsible in the overall contract administration including main contractor and subcontract.
- · Review letter of award from client / main contractor.
- · Negotiate, evaluate, and shortlist supplier / subcontractor.
- · Prepare monthly progress claim and process subcontractor / supplier monthly payment.
- · Control and monitor project budget including proposing value engineering solution and work closely with site manager / engineer.
Job Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience and knowledge in M&E services and systems.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in ACMV/Electrical(M&E) is preferred.
- Responsible, independent, hardworking, good in interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
