Role Purpose
As a Field Service Representative, you will act as the company's front-line representative for the installation, maintenance, and quality assurance of marketing collaterals across designated regions. You will work closely with your Team Lead and Manager to ensure that the deployment schedule is met and that all collateral is in optimal condition throughout the campaign lifecycle. You will also interact with clients and partners to resolve any issues and gather feedback to ensure brand consistency and satisfaction. The Field Service Representative is also responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of Fave assets and marketing collateral at multiple client or partner locations. This role plays a key part in supporting marketing campaigns by ensuring that all materials are installed correctly, consistently maintained, and aligned with the brand’s goals. The role involves regular field visits, client interaction, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution and visibility of marketing assets.
Responsibilities we entrust you with
- Deployment & Installation: Responsible for the timely deployment of marketing materials and Fave assets (posters, banners, displays, digital signage, etc.) at various client or partner locations. Ensure accurate installation as per brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
- Field Visits: Regularly visit assigned locations to monitor the condition of marketing materials and ensure they are correctly positioned and well-maintained. Identify and report any issues with placement or condition and promptly take action to resolve them.
- Client & Partner Relations: Act as the point of contact between the company and clients for collateral-related needs. Address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Track the inventory of Fave assets and ensure that there is always sufficient stock available for deployment. Coordinate with internal teams for restocking and replenishment when needed.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, visits, and any client feedback.

Years of experience
- 2 - 3 years of Operations experience.
