Responsibilities:
- Work with members of the L&OD team partnering leaders and stakeholders across Business Units and Divisions to:
- Support in managing the end-to-end responsibilities of L&OD programs and initiatives, including assessing organisational development needs, creating, and executing learning strategies and programmes to address those needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of those solutions.
- Assist in diagnosing L&OD issues and needs, and design appropriate interventions to effectively address them.
- Support in identifying and recommending opportunities to improve and align organisation design, operating models, systems, work processes, and resources.
- Support in designing and facilitating learning solutions to build capabilities using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Provide support throughout learning and development activities, not limited to coordinating with vendors & trainers, managing programme & participants onsite, reviewing & reporting post-programme satisfaction & related post-programme administration, e.g. financial settlement.
- Actively manage and facilitate New Hire Onboarding / Orientation Programmes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, preferably in Business Management, Human Resources, and other related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in supporting organisational transformation, change management, developing and delivering learning programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and communicate effectively across diverse groups.
- Analytical and conceptual skills, combined with ability to project manage and drive implementation.
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Team-player with strong sense of initiative and the ability to work with ambiguity and agility.
- Knowledge of current L&OD approaches, technologies, and tools and how they can be applied to deliver value in organisations.
- Learning design and delivery skills.
- Good data and statistical analysis and visualisation skills.
- ACLP certification and certification in psychometric tools will be a plus.
