Lead in integrating the core values of Early Childhood Education within curricula and centre programmes.
Establish and maintain positive and effective communication with parents and the school community;
Organise school events to support cultural, festive events, racial harmony and green environment.
Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and accreditation standards.
Maintain the school physical condition and maximise the facilities to provide learning environment of students.
Manage cost control in all aspects of school operations.
Candidate MUST possess the ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN EARLY CHILDHOOD LEADERSHIP (ADECL).
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
At least 5 years working experience in a pre-school with at least 2 years in a leadership role
High EQ, matured, exemplary leadership and management skills are essential;
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
