- Plan, arrange and conduct monitoring visits for assigned research studies according to the monitoring plan, writing post visit reports and work with study teams to ensure compliance towards the relevant protocols, institutional, and regulatory requirements
- Drive outreach activities to educate staff and research teams, to promote the culture of proper conduct of research
- Identify gaps and drive initiatives to improve the quality of research studies
- Provide regulatory advice and liaise with internal stakeholders for timely regulatory submissions
- Collect and compile data for management reporting
