Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead the ongoing development and optimization of our Salesforce CRM platform. This role will focus on building scalable Salesforce solutions for Art Works’ expanding business divisions, with an emphasis on integrating the latest AI capabilities through Agentforce to improve client experiences and internal processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce development, API integration, and AI technology to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital Operations to design and implement Salesforce solutions that support Art Works’ business strategy across divisions like Art Works Gallery, Art Works Advisory, Art Works X, and the Art Works Fund.
- Lead the integration of Agentforce AI capabilities within Salesforce to enhance client engagement, personalize services, and improve operational efficiency.
- Build custom automation, Apex triggers/classes, workflows, and approval processes to meet the growing demands of the company.
- Manage API integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange across Art Works divisions, including Art Works X (blockchain) and financial operations (Art Works Fund).
- Utilize AI-driven insights from Agentforce to optimize marketing campaigns, automate client interactions, and improve the delivery of personalized services.
- Architect and deliver Salesforce solutions that support Customer 360° Case Management, enabling comprehensive views of client interactions to enhance service delivery.
- Customize Salesforce Experience Cloud to improve user experience and communication between internal teams and external clients.
- Conduct user training, ensure proper documentation, and provide post-deployment support to maximize the effectiveness of AI-enhanced Salesforce features.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align Salesforce and AI solutions with Art Works' strategic goals, driving operational improvements and supporting market expansion.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure seamless implementation of new AI-driven Salesforce features.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering expertise in both Salesforce development and AI integration.
Key Requirements:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Salesforce Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or other advanced certifications preferred.
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a focus on solutions architecture, business analysis, and project management.
- Proven experience integrating AI technologies (e.g., Agentforce) within Salesforce to enhance client experience and optimize workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components, with an understanding of API integrations and AI-driven enhancements.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud, including multi-divisional and multi-geographical implementations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on integrating AI capabilities to improve client services and product offerings.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Mulesoft Composer or other API integration tools.
- Expertise in leveraging AI-driven insights for client experience and product/service enhancements.
- Knowledge of the contemporary art market or experience working in advisory, financial, or gallery environments (preferred but not required).
