Job Description
Reporting to the section head, you will be part of a team which provide support in the daily operations of the Enforcement Camera & Supervisory System (ESS) and handling of feedback related to ERP enforcement.
Your primary responsibility is to support the operations of the ERP system, this includes processes the violation image of local and foreign registered vehicles using imaging tools and decipher the vehicle number and send the record for enforcement processing. Download and verify the integrity and accuracy of the reports. Update change of information into the system or reports. Verify the quality of print-out, account for the quantity of documentation and send documentation for postal delivery.
You will handle feedback from general public and assist them on ERP enforcement related enquiries.
You are required to keep up to date on ERP policies and procedures and provide response to queries from internal and external stakeholders such as government agencies regarding ERP enforcement related issues.
Lastly, you will need to work as a team to ensure that the team KPIs are met and perform any other tasks assigned by Reporting Officer.
