HR cum Admin Executive
- Handle basic HR functions including recruitment, performance management etc.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, update company handbook etc.
- Overseeing employee records (attendance, leave and benefits administration)
- Monitoring office administration processes (office safety, security, overall office environment, facilities, office equipment, supplies, etc.)
- Liaise closely with sub-contractors and relevant authorities to ensure project etc office facilities in smooth progress.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and events, office gathering.
- Maintenance of company's permit &certification (Biz Safe, ISO, FSM) etc
- Support sales operation including process sales order, prepare quotation, delivery order and issue invoices
- Assist new or existing customers on their inquires as well as provide after sales support
Others
- Hotel Booking, flight booking any adhoc task or function as assigned by Management.
- Liaise with related department concerned to maintain and promote efficiency in day-to-day operations
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 2-3 years of proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of MOM’s, CPF labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Independent, detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English & Mandarin)
