Responsibilities:
· Support Sales team in demonstration and providing product solutions
· Provide technical / project consultancy in support of sales at client meetings and via conference calls
· Discuss, capture and define clients’ requirements
· Perform technical presentations for clients
· Work with Sales teams to exploit the commercial opportunities for IT Networking, Security, Servers & Storage range of products
· Responsible for pre-sales project management from requirement capturing, design to implementation
· Ensure infrastructure being delivered on time, to specification and within budget
· Perform writing on technical requirement specifications which meet clients’ requirements
· Review technology / service / products as part of evaluation or development process
· Develop, maintain product proficiency and competency level
· Report to Presales Manager on progress and development
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering Fields
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
· Certifications in MCSE, CCNA, CCDP will be an advantage
· Excellent communication, presentation and proposal writing skills
