Job Description:
As an Automation Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions, with a particular focus on Dynatrace and other monitoring tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of automation frameworks, enhancing the overall efficiency and performance of IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and implement automation solutions using Dynatrace and other monitoring tools.
· Lead and manage an offshore team of integration lead and developers.
· Oversee the integration of automation tools with existing IT infrastructure.
· Ensure comprehensive end-to-end testing, security, and performance validation of automation solutions.
· Deliver automation use cases for ServiceNow (SNOW) - ITPA and RPA.
· Provide automation presales support and conduct automation opportunity analysis.
· Support the implementation of the NeuroIT framework (Observability, AIOps, Automated Remediation, and Single Pane of Glass) for various customers.
· Amplify wins and success stories of the Cognizant NeuroIT Framework.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
· Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
· Identify and mitigate risks associated with automation processes.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience in managing and leading automation projects.
· Strong expertise in Dynatrace and other monitoring tools.
· Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) - ITPA and RPA.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Certification in Dynatrace and/or other relevant tools.
· Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Previous experience in a similar role within the [industry] industry.
