Fenergo Business Analyst – 3-year contract
Role Overview: We’re looking for a Fenergo Business Analyst to implement Target Operating Model (TOM) across 15 APAC branches under Pillar 2 (Process and Standards).
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders to implement Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Target Operating Model (TOM.)
- Standardize processes based on the TOM.
- Document configuration changes in FenX for compliance.
- Verify Ui-UX requirements and designs.
- Collect data for post-implementation benefit assessments.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist in creating User Operation Manuals and training materials.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience facilitating TOM workshops.
- Ability to analyze processes for regulatory compliance.
- Skill in designing process changes.
- Liaise with IT and Fenergo on system updates.
- Strong collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CLM/KYC systems, preferably Fenergo.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Fenergo and FenX.
- Experience with CLM and KYC projects.
