Job Description:
As an Automation Architect , to ensure an organization's IT strategy which is aligned with its business goals. Responsible for envisioning, communicating, and evolving an organization’s enterprise architecture. Addresses key enterprise aspects – including organizational structure, business processes and strategies, value streams, data and information, and supporting technologies – and how they fit together and are expected to evolve over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of Neuro IT domain, end-to-end automation, including observability, AIOps, ITSM and automatic resolution. To convert the business requirement into technical requirement and to tie technology outcomes to business outcomes.
- Good communication skills, PM skills, Customer management skills and good AI and IT automation
Strong understanding of SDLC process and methodology, Agile, Waterfall experience as a developer and a team lead. Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking and leadership skills. - Comfortable understanding, explaining, exploring 3rd party APIs for integration/consumption. experience with full software lifecycle development including source control, iterative development, and rapid prototyping.
- Understanding of Neuro IT Ops stack and associated components- Tools, Technology
- Generate customized reports regarding environments, builds and releases.
- Provide in-depth subject matter expertise in the development of a to-be solution architecture and technology/platform selection
- Leads and assists with the development of automation technical roadmaps, implementation plans, and establishes the validity of technical solutions and its components with both short- and long-term implications across all sites working with site partners.
- Establishment and maintenance of contacts within business units and information system programs to understand business activities and business drivers, business requirements, solutions strategies, alternatives, etc. which is associated to Enterprise Automation Solutions & delivery of target use cases
- Manage and lead workshops to gather user requirements and functionalities. Collaborates with site and regional/global automation, engineering, and partner engineering organizations to develop technical collaterals that map site business requirements including creating solution architectures deployment guides, and best practices from a standardized technology portfolio.
- Work collaboratively with automation and engineering site organizations during the technical development, launch and continuing refinement of automation solutions
- Guide development and implementation along with ensuring key performance indicators are well defined and measurable.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the [industry] industry.
- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) - ITPA and RPA.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
