We are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for multiple restaurant brands. This includes overseeing a content creation team, managing digital and offline marketing efforts, and collaborating with external agencies. As the leader of the marketing team, you will also be involved in CRM management in order to ensure guest engagement and loyalty. You will work with external PR and influencer engagement agencies while overseeing execution and providing direction.

What You'll Do:
1. Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of content creators, approving content direction and ensuring brand consistency.
- Review and approve all content (social media, website, email) before it goes live.
2. Social Media Management:
- Oversee the social media strategies for all brands and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Direct the content team to make adjustments based on performance or strategic needs.
3. Offline Marketing:
- Work with outlet managers to develop and execute marketing strategies for events and in-store promotions.
- Utilize the content team to create supporting materials for these campaigns.
4. Email Marketing & CRM:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Manage CRM systems, ensuring the optimization of customer relationships and loyalty programs.
5. Google My Business & Website:
- Manage and update Google My Business pages and oversee website content for all restaurants, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
6. SEO & Analytics:
- Oversee SEO strategy and ensure websites are optimized for search engines.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
7. Collaboration with External Agencies:
- Work with external agencies, including PR firms and Creative Consultants, to develop and execute campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies to ensure that the brand’s voice is consistent and that campaigns are executed effectively.
8. Reporting:
- Provide regular updates to senior management on marketing performance and campaign outcomes.
We're Looking For Someone Who Possesses:
1. Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred but not required).
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B or retail industries.
- Experience managing content creation teams and overseeing marketing campaigns.
2. Skills:
- Highly creative with strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Data-driven with a strong focus on analytics and performance metrics.

- Ability to collaborate with external agencies and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing market needs.
