We are looking for Operations Executive in the F & B industry , Main responsibilities as follows:
· Key customer’s order in system.
· Prepare invoice in the morning for delivery.
· File invoices, print stickers.
· Contact customers to settle any delivery / orde issues.
· Packing items for delivery.
· Help duties in retail shop.(Every Monday + as when needed help).
· Support sales for giving required information / documentation.
· Candidates with experience in F&B (Japanese Restaurant) may also apply.
· Mondays to Fridays 830am-530pm, Saturdays 830am-1230pm in the east.
