JOB PURPOSE
Assist the Operation Manager and Administrative and Operation Executive in managing school’s operations relating to school safety, security, cleanliness, logistics and vendor management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Operation Manager in handling:
Estate and Facilities Management
- Liaising with contractors on estate maintenance work, improvement work and cleanliness of the school
- Adherence to Greengov.sg, APSN Safety, Health and Environment Audit, etc requirements.
- Logistical needs for school operations and events.
Maintaining security and safety of the school premises and property
- Locking and unlocking of classrooms/special rooms
- Arming and disarming of school
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent
- 1-3 years working experience preferrably in operations or logistics role.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Words)
- Computer literacy
- Have exposure in area of emergency responses and security management
- Ability to multitask with good time management
- Organized, responsible and strong work ethic
