Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet, including opening and closing duties.
- Staffs management and customer service.
- Handle customers' inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Responsible for recruitment, train, mentor and supervise new staffs providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Lead and motivate a team of staffs to achieve sales targets and deliver top-notch service.
- Planning and scheduling work schedule for outlet staffs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the outlet, including display areas, workstations and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards as well as Company's SOPs.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Managerial/ Supervisory role (preferably in a Food Service/ Retail industry).
- Knowledge of bakery operations is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional services.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work on Weekends, Public Holidays and rotating shifts.
