Job Description:
- Lead and support the provision of accounting services to our clients.
- Competent in recording of accounting transactions, analyse financial information and prepare management accounts, supporting schedules and other ad-hoc reports.
- Review team members’ work and provide guidance to team members to ensure deliverables meet clients' required timeline.
- Full set of accounts;
- GST returns and reconciliation where necessary;
- Unaudited financial statements for the purpose of filing with ACRA and in accordance with SFRS and IFRS;
- Financial statements in XBRL format
- Prepare consolidated accounts for Group companies.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties including external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries and government authorities.
- Establish good client relationships through positive interactions with clients;
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Accountancy or ACCA
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from a professional firm in an Outsourcing Client Accounting environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of accounting software (XERO, SAGE) is an advantage
- Team player with good communication, interpersonal and client servicing skills
- Meticulous, attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
