Responsibilities:
- Able to coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities
- Able to handle all trades of works on-site (ie structural works, architectural works, building works, M&E works, interior fitting-out works)
- Set up and maintain project control system, planning, work schedules and monitoring of project costing, work progress, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly & completed with target time and budget
- Review and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Manage defects’ rectification and improvement works of completed projects
- Implement various quality, safety, and environmental management systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in projects and site management in the local construction industry.
- Shall be able to manage and lead the Projects Department and proven experience in construction project planning especially specialize in architectural coordination and have sound knowledge in construction methods and practices.
- Strong in IT-based project management software such as MS Projects & Excel.
- Prefer with R&R / Town Council project experience
- Only Singaporean and PR. Must possess a relevant degree in Building or Engineering.
