Job Summary:
- Task project overall planning, scheduling, cost control and manage project smoothly.
- Meet and brief clients on projects and update specific requirement
- Able to involved in tender meeting.
- Has knowledge in meeting government regulations and standards are met strictly in terms of workers and equipment's safety.
- Involved with government/statutory authorities, consultants, clients and suppliers negotiations and discussions on project.
- Lead group of engineers and construction managers in job execution.
- Ensure correct measures are taken in detecting project defects.
- knowledge in application needed for conscent / permits from statutory board or regulatory board such as PSA, MOM.
Job Requirement:
- able to negotiates, communicates, managing staffs at all levels and clients.
- min Master/Degree in Civil Engineering
- min 12years experience in Civil works, Dredging, Revetment or/and construction of pier/ports or wharf projects.
